Caution: Considering the current international situation, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan has revised the Export Trade Control Ordinance based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law. The ISS2025 Secretariat shall follow and organize the symposium under the government policy. The ISS2025 will not accept registration applications by Scientists/ Engineers related to Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus. Notes

Unlike last year, the ISS2025 will use the Confit Conference Management System for all participant registrations and submissions of presentation titles and the abstracts. On the other hand, Morressier, which was used last year, will only be used for the submission and peer review process of Proceedings. Please note that Morressier will not be used for the submission and review process of your abstract.

Registration for the banquet for all participants is also possible through Confit. Furthermore, you can pay the symposium participation fee and banquet fee via credit card through the Robot Payment. Publication Fee

The publication fee for the proceedings is free for one paper per an author. For additional papers, a payment of JPY 20,000 yen is required. If you wish to submit two or more papers, please contact the ISS-Secretariat in advance. We will provide information regarding the payment method.

Exhibition rooms will be prepared for exhibitors at the ISS2025 symposium venue. An exhibition booth will be approximately 3.6m wide, 1.8m deep, and 2m high. Two chairs and a long table 1.8m wide will be provided. A 100V 15A power supply and a white tablecloth will also be available. Additionally, the exhibitor's company name will be displayed as a sign. Exhibitors can set up a free web-exhibition space on the ISS2025 website.
