ISS2025 will be held at Dejima Messe Nagasaki.
Address: 4-1, Onouemachi, Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture
Just a one-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station. It is directly connected to Nagasaki Station. The registration desk for ISS2025 is on the first floor of Dejima Messe Nagasaki. It will be set up in the foyer immediately after entering the main entrance on the JR Nagasaki Station side. The Reception will have your name badge and neck strap, banquet tickets, Nagasaki gourmet map, and more ready for you. Please pick them up yourself.
Pre-registration is available in the evening on December 1st from 3 PM to 5 PM. Additionally, on the days of the conference, registration will start at 8:15 AM from December 2nd to 4th.


Nagasaki Dejima Wharf

ACCESS
The ISS2025 banquet will be held at Nagasaki Dejima Wharf starting around 6:30 PM on December 3, 2025. In addition to traditional performing arts from Nagasaki being showcased, representative foods and drinks from Nagasaki will be provided. Nagasaki Dejima Wharf is about a 17-minute walk along the coast from the main venue of ISS2025, Dejima Messe Nagasaki. Join the banquet at this beautiful seaside location to deepen your interactions with ISS community members. There is no limit on the number of participants this year, but prior registration is required.
